Jim Kramer won’t be your average Vice Principle this year. After the last school bell rings for the day, Jim will be trading his coat and tie for a clip board and whistle. The ex-gridiron Coach was asked to come out of retirement and be the Head Football Coach for Mt. Olive. After an eight year retirement, Coach Kramer agreed to a one year interim coaching assignment to help the Marauders get back to their glory days and improve on last year’s two win season. This is not an easy task in the tough American Division of the new NJAC league, but Coach Kramer won’t be doing it alone. He has the help of an experienced & enthusiastic group of Assistant Coaches who have been coaching on the sidelines for many years. “I am enthusiastic about the new conference and believe it is going to be exciting and different playing the new teams.” Coach Kramer said. Mt. Olive still will be playing the other tough Morris County teams such as Roxbury, West Morris, Morristown, Morris Knolls and Randolph. The new teams are High Point, Vernon, and Jefferson & Delbarton. OFFENSE The offensive is lead by a quick footed senior running back named Aeron Gilson. Coach Kramer went on to say “Aaron is an electrifying runner with good feet.” Aeron will also contribute on the other side of the ball by playing cornerback on defense.
